Villa Erietta is part of  the complex namely, Royal Villas, that are built on a slope surrounded by olive trees, in a 2.2 acre estate, for the ultimate privacy and tranquility experience.

The entire complex is built following the Cycladic architecture specifically designed to protect both external and internal areas from the occasional Aegean Meltemia (northern winds).

Royal Villas convenient location provides immediate access to the airport, Paroikia port, Antiparos Ferry and to the local market. Only a few minutes’ drive away, our guests can enjoy some of the best beaches of the island.

A very welcoming open plan space offers a comfortable sitting area, equipped with a 42’’ Smart TV, for 8 guests and a fully furnished kitchen featuring a dining table for all. The double, 75 sq/m, verandas offer seating areas and a dining table for 8 guests, each providing sea and mountain view, as well as a shaded corner during any time of day.
